Purchased at Van City RV in Colorado Springs, CO on Sept. 7. Never slept in, all equipment still in packaging. Selling because we already own a 2021 Winnebago Revel. It’s a long story, but we ordered one then ordered the other because of delivery times that kept changing. We decided to take delivery on both and determine which one to keep. It was a very tough decision.

The STO has the build quality of a custom van, and all of the features of a custom van including a killer Lithium battery system (12 kWHs!!!), full size, full length fold-up bed with gear garage underneath, galley with recirculating, on-demand hot water, diesel hydronic heater (keeps the gray water tank from freezing as well), shower (stowed in overhead cabinet) with built-in shower pan, cassette toilet (stows in shower pan), two seater bench seat that turns into another full-length bed, and A/C and bi-directional fan. Just typing this makes me want to keep it! But …

We like the build quality, Groove Lounge and Halo shower of the Storyteller. We like the lift bed and enclosed bath of the Revel. It’s not possible to have all of these features in one 20 ft van. The decision is made. Our loss is your gain. If you want to spend another $25K with a custom van outfitter, you can turn this into a Beast. (I got that number from a third party, but have not verified it.)
