Sprinter Custom Build (Alaska Camper Van Conversions, Anchorage, Alaska (2022/2023). Aimed design at comfortable yet simple, ready to fill the ‘garage’ with gear and equipment to support multi day adventures.

Insulation-Fully insulated all voids, walls, doors, ceiling with poly hi-loft anti absorbent/sound deadening material. Close cell foam applied directly above headliner above seating area. Walls reinforced with 1/8” aluminum and covered with Duramax 100% polyolefin interwoven fabric (Gray Tweed).

Floor covering-Factory floor replaced with 1/8” aluminum and covered with rubber coin flooring. L-track installed (inset into floor mounting) to accommodate bike/ski mounts or drawers for cargo security.

Windows- Rear sliding window-After market CR Laurance 10”x33” slider window with bug screen on driver’s side rear.

Electrical System: Electrical and Battery monitoring system- Victron Brand. 12 VDC Switch panel with fuse panel. 12 VDC amp main breaker switchable (for inverter). 12 VDC amp main breaker controlling all electrical aft of driver/passenger seats. 4 USB ports throughout van. 2 12 VDC receptacles mid van galley and rear van garage.

Auxiliary Power system: 440 AH Battery system with 4 ea 6V Deep Cycle AGM Batteries combined in series for 12V bank. Includes ACR (Automatic Charging Relay) to allow charging of factory battery and auxiliary batteries from engine alternator, solar panels, and inverter/charger when shore power is connected. 120 Volt A/C Receptacle in rear/middle and front of van.

Inverter/Charger- Samlex Pure Sine Wave 3000-Watt inverter with 70 AMP Battery Charger and 200 AMP breaker. Solar Panel- 2- 100 Watt mounted to track on rooftop (front of vent/fan)

Fan/Vent-MaxAir model 0007500K deluxe fan with remote. Reversable and multi speed fan operability.

Heater- Espar Airtronic Diesel fired furnace (installed beneath passenger seat. Control panel located on main panel with lighting and other electrical functions.

Lighting- LED Dome lights across ceiling and below bed with zoned power switches on main panel. Garage light includes dual switch inside of rear door. Includes dimmer/timer switch.

Galley-1 base cabinet (60”x24”) with doors, butcher block style countertop, fold out table extends cooking area to van exterior and allows a second access to galley storage compartment.

Dometic stainless sink with glass top/fold out system. Water System includes 2- 5 gallon fresh water containers and RV pump system. One container could be utilized for grey water if desired. Water system also includes front/rear Spray hose adapters for wash down access outside of side and rear of van. Fold out
Cooking platform and access to water/electrical on exterior (sliding door side of galley cabinet).

Sliding drawer with cabinet closure housing a Dometic cooler style fridge opens from galley cabinet toward passenger seat for both interior and exterior ease of access.

Table-Lagun Table mounted to front of driver’s side bench with swing arm for placement while seated at bench and/or passenger/driver seats.

Bench/Storage-Bench box seat on drivers’ side with hinged lid and covered pads. Access to inverter and batteries as well as large storage area. Adjacent toilet storage area at rear of bench, also useful for step up to bed. Currently houses 5 gallon bucket but set up for other toilet options if desired.

Adjustable Bed with memory foam mattress. Adjusts between 14” and 72” from floor. Bed is designed with three, removable panels for full access to garage/cargo space if needed.
Fender Well Shelving- covered with armor bed liner, cubby fore and aft of wheel well as well as shelf storage designed above with horizontal L-Track to secure cargo. L track attachment along wall above shelf allows for soft storage or hard totes to be secured along shelf.

Cabinet Storage in rear above bed on passenger side, galley above sink/countertop, and above bench on driver’s side. Cabinets all fabricated aluminum with powder coat, hinges and self lock handles.
L Track on garage floor, garage sides with additional cargo retention points at front of garage at three heights. The garage lends itself to multiple bike setup with ease of storing 4 bikes side by side with.

Roof Rack, running boards and rear ladder all custom designed aluminum with armor coating. Roof rack includes walking slates for weight bearing loads across the full length of the roof.

Awning- Installed hand crank Fiamma F45 with support legs on passenger side of van.

Insulated window covers and front/slider/rear bug screen all custom made for make/model.
