Used briefly, and only by adults. Family illness forces sale, as we won’t be able to use it as planned for a year or two and there’s no sense in having it just sit.

This is a great rig for city overnights, camping, day trips, or boondocking. If you’re a digital nomad, this is exactly what you need to work from wherever you like.

Never used sinks or toilets. 1200 miles were delivery to Camping World, we drove the rest (have odometer statement to verify).

Abundance of USB charging ports in the walls and pull-up plug-in pedestals. Powerful RAM Promaster Van chassis (gas) can tow and get you to where you want to go! Super smooth ride.

Everything is fully under extended warranty (this was almost 10K); had 1 warranty claim for loose bolt in the awning. SUPER CLEAN with mattress covers, pillow covers, and seat covers – you will literally be the first person to sleep on this super-comfy convertible bed!

Tons of cabinet and hidey-hole storage. Surprisingly roomy with great ventilation and rollup bug nets at side and back doors.

My 6’1 brother remarked on how comfortable it was for him to be inside. It’s 13′ high and 21′ long.

We’ll also include all the accessories we’ve purchased but not used (about $1500 worth of merch – Rhino products for black tank, water filters, hoses, chucks, etc).
