Installation of interior drawer slides (included); build & install drawers/cubbies; wall, floor and ceiling finishes of your choice; exterior cabinet plywood install; completion of water system; completion of electrical; composting toilet.
PROFESSIONAL COMPLETION ESTIMATES:
• Key materials needed for completion, $3,000 – 5,000 range
(Custom foam mattress, cushions for bench, interior lights, wood for drawers & cabinet exteriors, countertop, freestanding heat and A/C unit(s), and finishing materials for floor, ceiling and walls)
• Completion of electric estimate is $6,000
(electrical work is about 40% complete, with solar, battery and roughed out wiring)
• Time estimate to complete, for a full-time professional, is 4-6 weeks.
