We ordered this van directly from the dealership in December 2020 and was delivered in April 2023 due to the waitlist for Sprinter. We had it custom built in May 2023 and was completed by end of August 2023 , then Mercedes said it had a recall so they had the van serviced and was completed by October 2023. We just picked it up in SoCal and drove it back to Sacramento along Highway 1. Our second trip was to Lake Tahoe, then Yosemite and then to Fortt Bragg.
