So much love went into this build. Done by DogWood Conversions in the fall of 2020.
New tires, new lights/housings, updated appliances in the electrical system, including the solar charge controller and a 2000watt inverter. The roof has 600 watts and the battery bank is 500 ah. Plenty of power! Mini fridge. Exterior is in excellent condition, no damage to the body, engine has been maintained and is running excellent. Regular maintenance and oil changes. Recently (professionally) detailed exterior and interior. New two burner stove. 30 gallon water tank. Shower system. Can be used indoor and outdoor, 360 shower curtain including (brand new) the bed is an L shape slat bed that pulls out into a full bed. The toilet is a brand new never been used natures head toilet. Closets have been updated. Everything is in pristine condition. The wood is cedar. Butcher block countertops. Mercury mosaic tiles. Cedar keeps the bugs and pests away, Has been sanded and treated with teak oil. Van in fully insulated. Ceiling is bamboo. This van smells amazing! Is in excellent condition and ready to go! Turn key!
