This van was custom built for two people to live and work remotely for extended periods in all weather. This van has a full kitchen, dedicated filtered drinking water, full plumbing system with hot water, powerful electrical system, mobile internet with roof mounted antenna, exterior overland upgrades, rear exterior shower, and much more.

This conversion is based on a 2018 Ford Transit 130 Mid roof. Extensive exterior upgrades have been made including five new BFG KO2 tires, Owl Van tire carrier with Rotopax fuel mount, Van Compass Suspension, Stowaway Cargo Carrier on swing-out frame, and Rigid led lights.

The interior is fully insulated with 3m Thinsulate and also has sound deadening throughout. Insulation was placed in all crevices with no areas skipped providing 4 season comfort. Climate control is through a Maxxair fan that can be used even when raining. Heat is provided from a Webasto gasoline heater with high altitude adjustment and timer. Insulated window covers keep the van cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and easily fold down to enjoy mountain views. This van can easily handle freezing conditions at high altitudes for ski trips and adventures.

The construction of the conversion was based around durability and functionality for two people to be comfortable relaxing and working in all conditions. All cabinetry and construction are framed in aluminum and skinned with sealed bamboo wood. All panels can be easily removed for maintenance or if damage is sustained on trips. There is no worry of having to replace entire structures. Walls are constructed of plywood wrapped in padded foam and finished with grey marine tweed fabric.

A rear dinette seats four+ people and provides ample working room for laptops and monitors. A marine grade pneumatic table pedestal moves the bamboo table up and down to form the dinette or sleeping area. Cushions are made of 4-inch memory foam and are wrapped in durable marine fabric and form a comfortable RV queen size bed.

The dinette area provides 12v outlets, 120v outlets, and hardwired ethernet outlets. Mobile internet is provided from a roof mounted 5-in-1 antenna and a cat 6 LTE router. This provides fast enough internet to work remotely. The antenna also provides WIFI as WAN and GPS signal.

The passenger seat swivels and has a monitor mount for a separate working and lounge area.
