Escape COVID madness in Ellie (short for big grey elephant) and live the van-life dream. 4 cylinder 7spd 2016 2WD high roof with 39,850 miles (mostly highway). Has every safety feature offered (blind spot detection, high wind assist, parking assist, lane departure assist, etc) and is loaded with amenities such as heated seats, cruise control and Bluetooth stereo. Equipped with BFG KO2 tires (265/75R16), rear custom tuned Fox shocks and SumoSprings front and rear, improving the ride quality both on and off road; it drives like a German car on the highway and is very capable off-road. It is unusually quiet inside for a camper van due to rattle trap sound insulation throughout. Has a fridge, sink, king size bed (minus 4”), 1000w inverter for AC power, Webasto Airtop 2000 ST diesel heater with digital thermostat, Maxxair 10 speed roof fan and custom front swivel seats. The van is fully insulated with spray foam and removable insulated window coverings. Electricity is supplied by a house battery that is charged from the alternator and/or 130W solar system. On top is a custom full length roof rack with diamond plate deck and ladder, Fiamma awning, 50” Cree LED light bar up front, 12″ LED light bar above sliding door and two 12″ led light bars at the rear. It has a backup camera and a 2″ hitch. The garage space in back is giant and has airplane track all over for easy cargo management. The $2000 sound system is amazing with a Pioneer AVH 4200 NEX head unit that has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 700 W JL Audio amp, sub-woofer, and quality speakers (separate tweeters/woofers) in the front and living area. Water storage consists of a 7 gallon water jug for easy water-bottle filling and a 7 gallon jug for the sink. Jugs are easy to remove and fill or to winterize the camper. Most of the customization was done by Alpine Mechanisms in Colorado Springs, a top-notch outfit.
The 4 cylinder turbocharged diesel engine gets great mileage, averaging 20-22 mpg at highway speeds even with big beefy tires, light bar, roof rack and ladder. Rear tire cables are included. Also included is a removable 2 person seat (with seatbelts) for the galley area. The van needs nothing, if you are a weekend warrior or a full time van dweller, this van can do both.

There are two locking storage cabinets (27” and 48” wide tool chests) with soft-close drawers. There is also a RB Components high shelf above the front seats that is great for storing coats and other items that you want handy.
