Up for sale is our 2019 Ram ProMaster 2500, 136\u201d wheelbase. The van has a clean title and we have title in hand. The van has 25k miles and mileage will continue to go up as we are still using it until it is sold. Registration paid until March of 2023. Van is still under factory drivetrain warranty of 5 years\/60k miles. Tires have plenty of tread. We purchased this van completely empty December of 2020, then took the next four months to convert the van completely.<\/p>\n
Van is completely self contained. There is a 25-gallon fresh water tank inside the van and a 12-gallon grey tank under the van. Full-sized bed can accommodate 2 adults up to 6-feet tall while sleeping perpendicular. Bed folds into a sofa during the day to open up the space (similar to how a futon bed would fold). Area below bed is large enough to carry multiple storage bins. Built-in collapsible shower inside the van with instant hot water heater that runs off propane. Cassette toilet rests conveniently inside the shower pan. Large 65-quart chest-style refrigerator\/freezer with 2 separate compartments that has independent temperature settings. Above the refrigerator\/freezer is a bench that can seat a 3rd passenger with a seat belt. There is also plenty of storage in the bench seat. The generous 28″ stainless steel sink with 2-Stage filtered running water can be used as additional storage during transit. There is a propane two-burner stove with an oven and microwave for cooking inside the van. The stove\/oven can also be conveniently moved to the campsite for outdoor cooking.<\/p>\n
Both driver and passenger seats swivel and with the Lagun table make for a perfect eating\/working area. Lagun table does not need to be stored away while driving. All interior lights are independent and can be dimmed independently.<\/p>\n
Includes a magnetic mesh screen for the sliding door to keep the bugs out. Thule awning provides great shade. There is an accordian-style covering for the front windshield, 2 Reflectix window coverings for the driver and passenger windows, and window curtains for the CR Lawrence sliding door window and CR Lawrence rear cargo windows. The 3 CR Lawrence windows with screen can be opened for fresh air. MaxxAir fan with remote to keep the van cool.<\/p>\n
All walls and ceiling have been insulated with 3M Thinsulate. Baltic birch plywood subfloor with engineered hardwood floors that are water resistant. Van was designed with removable panels to be easily accessible if repairs are needed.<\/p>\n
Van is powered by a Yeti Goal Zero solar generator with 3000wh battery and 3000w of inverter power. The Yeti Goal Zero can be recharged three different ways; 350w rooftop Renogy solar panels, off the van when the engine is on, and can be plugged in to shore power.<\/p>\n
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. We can provide all build-out pictures to show the quality of work. We can also provide receipts and manuals for appliances. We stand by our van build and will be available to help troubleshoot as needed for 12 months after purchase.<\/p>\n
