2000 Ford Econoline E350 XLT Super Duty with the most reliable Triton V10 engine and 4R100 transmission. Conversion by Sportsmobile EB50 built in 2000.
We love our Sportsmobile and had endless memories traveling with our family of three. We hope to sell to someone who would love the car as much as we did and would create everlasting memories like we did. We will be sad to see this car go (specially my wife).
2nd owner, purchased in 2010 with 32,000 miles. Now it has 202,000 miles mostly highway miles. Never taken off-road and extremely reliable. Very comfortable for long roads. Needs absolutely nothing it’s in great condition.
This is 19.6 ft long car, useful when you want to park in regular parking spots. Some state parks have restriction to allow maximum 20ft vehicles and this length fits perfect. Narrow enough for it to be your daily driver.
Meticulously maintained, replaced oil sometimes every 2000 miles, and replaced parts before they need replacement :-). If you purchase the car, you will be getting a big box of replacement parts, backup parts that you can take on the road with you.

Sportsmobile – standard EB50 build in 2000
– Jimmy Buffet had 2 of these models (based on Sportsmobile West people)
– Added few modifications that created a king size bed, but in general everything is original Sportsmobile built.
– You will be able to stand-up in the car and walk without hitting your head unless you are 6′ 4″
The Triton V10 engine – these engines easily run 400,000 – 500,000 miles if you replace the oil and maintain the engine and transmission.
– engine only change every 2,000 – 3,000 miles
– gas engine gets 10 miles – 12 miles per gallon, on highway 5 you can get higher mileage.
– new sparkplugs/coils
– new radiator, hoses
– new battery (house and car)

The 4R100 transmission works like new
– changed every 30,000 miles

Suspension drives straight and extremely smoothly.
– new front coils
– new shocks
– new bushings
– added back stabilizer (for winds this made a huge difference) drives straight through the wind

Basics
– new brake pads and rotors | front and rear
– brake fluid flushed
– new fuel filter
– new battery
– new lights (blinkers, mains) all over the car (with lots of replacement bulbs)
– 33 gallon gas tank
