2001 Roadtrek 200 Popular built on Chevy Express 3500 cutaway van chassis w/ 73K miles. 5.7L CID SFI gas V8. Very well maintained interior/exterior/drivetrain. Repainted to remove Roadtrek decals and made to look like a “conversion van.” No problems with HOA. No accidents. Engine/transmission run great. Recent 2,100 mile trip to Arkansas. 2022 trip to Albuquerque, NM for Balloon Fiesta (2,600 miles).

RV interior: Sits/sleeps 2, 2 stowable tables (front & rear), lots of interior storage. 3rd seat replaced with large custom-made pantry. New blackout curtains for all windows. Sleeps 2 on twin beds or converts to queen bed. 4 cu ft 3-way fridge. 2 burner gas stove – very clean. Did all cooking outside. Custom cover over stove for extra storage. Gas water heater and furnace. Stainless sink, microwave, aisle shower, temperature controlled roof top vent. Captain chairs swivel 180 degrees to provide additional seating/table. Upgraded: fuel pump, battery isolator, insulated black out window curtains, all Interior lights LED.

RV exterior: 114+ cu ft of exterior storage including a rear side to side through compartment. Exterior hot/cold shower. Aftermarket “walk-through” screen door at side door. 33 gal fresh water, 28 gal gray water, 10 gal black water, 6 gal water heater. Comes with cover for winter storage.

2022: New front rotor & hub assemblies & pads. Less than 5,000 miles.

2021: Replaced alternator, battery isolator, fuel pump.

2020: New Bridgestone Dueler tires. Front-end alignment.

2019: Repainted exterior.

Condition: Paint is in excellent condition with very few nicks. No fading. No leaks. Fabric in excellent condition. All interior features in excellent condition. Everything 100% functional.

Note: This RT does not have a generator. We never needed one. Always used shore power. If we needed a generator for boondocking, we were going to buy a propane-fueled generator and run it off of the main propane tank. All lights are LED and fridge runs off of AC/DC or Gas. We could go several days on battery alone and gas fridge.
