Clean title, tags valid until Dec 24. Turn key and ready to take home.

Lovingly converted 2003 E-150, lots of extras and work done. We are only selling due upgrade to a 4wd E350 van.

Mechanical
-4.6L V8 gas engine. Low 140,000 miles, just serviced
-New front brake pads and rotors. Bearings checked and re-packed
-New radiator (cooling system major service at the same time)
-New LED headlights
-New air filter
-New fuel filter
-Transmission just had major service
-Rear differential completely overhauled 2 years ago
-Just passed smog

Conversion Features
-Insulated interior, timber lined throughout
-12v system is made up of 2 x 100ah deep cycle lithium batteries. System powers stand up fridge, 6 x down lights on dimmer, 12v water pump with switch and a power panel with usb and socket chargers. Batteries are charged by the alternator when driving. We never added solar as this battery bank is ample for multiple days without charging, and we typically travel every few days. Very easy to add solar if you deem necessary
-6 gallon water jug with grey water tank connected to sink
-Maxxair reverse cycle (just replaced with new motor)
-2 x snowboard racks internal to the vehicle that can be used to stow during transit or for storage
-Swivel installed to passenger seat

Rear area can be converted from sit down lounge and table, to double bed super easily. Great for unexpected bad weather. Loads of storage for camping equipment and gear. The interior is finished very neatly as per the pictures, this van was built for long term ownership not thrown together. We bought the vehicle off of good friends, and hence know the vehicle was cared for and hence we purchased this one etc.

I have just had the vehicle mechanically inspected prior to sale so that I can provide a transparent sale for any travelling buyer. Two items to note
-Vehicle has a slow oil leak, slow enough that It didn’t have to be topped up between services (stayed above fill line)
-Front Ball joints could do with replacement (though I’ve done a few trips this year, it’s worth replacing but fine to drive etc). That’s it.

I am happy to complete these works for any prospective buyer for piece of mind, however the price will be a little higher. My mechanic is excellent but the labour is not cheap, though I can almost guarantee fixing it outside of SOCAL will be cheaper with the cost of living here! I’ve priced it accordingly if sold ‘as is’, vehicle is fine to drive and has been my daily most of the year etc. A lot of vans you view may or may not have issues that are disclosed. Avoid disappointment by getting an open and genuine sale.

In general, the mechanic always comments on the condition of this van noting its age.

Vehicle has wear and tear consistent with age, however it’s in very good condition overall. Lots of value for the money. Great stealth camper. Very genuine and transparent sale. Happy to answer any questions.
