This van has personality!
The camper is in very good condition with normal wear spots.
I am not the original owner, I believe this van has had 3 owners. There are tons of documentation and original manuals.  The rear view camera was never functional and I didn’t use the TV. I don’t think it works but it does have a dvd player.  The engine is the 6.0 liter V8. The Onan generator was replaced just before I purchased in 2018. I started the generator a few days ago but the auxiliary batteries need to be replaced.
The tires are not new and I am not sure how many miles they have, but I probably put 2500 miles on them. The plumbing is fine to the best of my knowledge and has been inspected.
The LP system was inspected and filled recently with the stovetop tested. The heat and AC both work well. I had the exterior buffed and a satellite dish removed from the top. The overhead fans in both bath and main area are brand new and work well.
In 2020 a tow truck driver let it slide off the flat bed when unloading for a minor repair. This caused some fiberglass damage, and the affected skirting was replaced. The camper van spent over a year in the shop waiting for fiberglass parts due to pandemic shipping issues so I wasn’t able to use it again until 2023. While in the shop I had everything I could think of refurbished and inspected. I used this van for holiday visits to family and hurricane evacuations. I am selling due to a medical issue. The price has been reduced for a quick sale. Cash only.
