Van is usable(I camped in it last weekend) but could use a lot of updating, which is good because everyone needs to use one for a while before deciding what they want. I started building this van 5 years ago, have never finished it and have remodeled twice. Cargo trailer was custom built to fit inside a standard home home garage door. It has a heavy duty roof with ceiling and walls sealed.
Van runs and drives good. In 5 years I have never had to add oil. Tires are in very good shape.
Clear title on both the van and trailer
Cargo trailer was custom built with heavy duty roof and will fit in a standard garage.
