The van was built to live in. The entire build design was to be practical – easy to replace a wire, a pump, a tube, or anything and not have to shuffle or secure items when moving. The weight distribution is also equal for proper tire wear and drive-ability. The van is turn key and ready to go. Four brand new tires and routine maintenance. The bed is a standard full size mattress and sleeps two comfortably. It is a high top and has plenty of head clearance when standing. The shower holds a portable toilet with 5 gallon flush tank and 5 gallon black water tank – not included ($100 on Amazon and left it to buyers choice but I will purchase one for you if you’d like). For any triathletes/cyclists – the under bed storage is designed to fit a tri bike with bars (size 56). The outside is made to look like a regular van (low profile solar panels) so it can be ignognito as a camper in a city – you’ll fit right in at any home depot or walmart parking lot.
