Hand-built by me over about 18 months with the best materials available. I spared no expense to ensure the build is robust and long lasting. I also spent a great deal of time building to minimize irritating “rattles and vibrations” while driving. It’s very quiet going down the road. The van is well insulated for all-season use. The final electrical commissioning was performed by Off-Grid Power Systems. Everything in the van works as designed. There are a lot of builders out there so why would you buy this van? Because it’s built with “real” materials…not the cheap stuff the production builders use. Every plumbing connection and electrical crimp/connection was done by me so I know the quality. We’ve never had a single problem with anything. And, it’s a fraction of the cost of vans with similar components and technology. Plywood glued to van floor with polyurethane adhesive and screwed down
Screws through metal floor sealed from underneath to eliminate corrosion possibility
1.5” dual density foam, foil-faced, ceiling insulation
1” Foam wall insulation
Cedar ceiling (removable for service) stained with polyurethane, caulked between each strip
