50,000 OBO

I am selling the van because I would like to settle down in Utah and adventure in other ways. I have had some autoimmune struggles in the last year, and it has helped significantly to have a more stable life. I am also a flight attendant, so being on the go constantly became too much for my health. It is very bittersweet to let this van go as I poured so much time, love, and diligence into its creation. I hope the new owner will use it well!

I bought this used van in December 2020 and converted it myself with the help of a professional (Jason’s RV in Bradenton, FL). I used high-quality materials in the build, such as poplar wood for the structure and framing. Life-proof floors installed, Dometic fridge with plenty of space! I installed a dometic heki skylight with a built-in screen and blackout shade. All windows have custom-fitted, and insulated coverings. I painted two walls in the van with chalkboard paint as fun little addition. I have been tempted to paint over the pink with white paint… if that is something you would like done, I have no issue doing it before transferring the van over to you. The details of the solar panels and battery are listed below.

I lived out of it full-time for a year and a half. I built a space for a compost toilet but never invested in one because I wanted to keep the easiness and convenience of a pee jug. So if you are someone who wants to put in a compost toilet, know there is a space for it. I have driven this van on rough terrain and snowy conditions, and it has handled all very well. I have never had any issues. I have maintained oil changes and regular maintenance to the van. Also, recently fixed a double manifold exhaust leak, a common problem with these engines. It was a 3k fix, so something you will not have to worry about. I have all the detailed paperwork from the Ford dealership I had it fixed at and they checked over all other running functions and said it’s in good condition with nothing else to worry about.

I refinanced my loan on the van at a local credit union and prefer to go through them when paying. I have already spoken with the bank, and ideally the title will be mailed directly to the new buyer once the transaction is complete. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns with this matter.

Currently located in Salt Lake City but willing to transport van anywhere in the United States once transaction is complete.
