It has captains chairs, passenger seat rotates. Side and top window have screens. Comes with Duracell high power inverter 3000 watts and has auxiliary/house battery or plugged into 110 or 20a. Tow hitch. Can include hitch mount and generator- Westinghouse iGen4200.
32” TV can be watched inside, or swung outside. Ironcross steal bumper. PA system with mic, jingle options. Outdoor shower. Indoor shower/tub and toilet removed for more storage, but still has black tank. Separate grey tank for sink drain.
Runs and drives perfectly, never been in an accident. Easy to park/drive, 18’ in length. insurance and tags are cheap since it is titled as a Chevy van. Adult 6’2″ has no problem with head room or sleeping.

4WD Chevy with a 350 were the qualifications I was looking for when I got it, and I would like for it to go to someone else who “gets it”. I’ll probably buy it back from you in a few years but right now I’m being pulled in other directions
