This is not a fixer upper as i have done a lot of work on it. At 52000 miles it runs very well.19.5 feet long with custom cabinets ,bedding, electrical for 12v and AC, two batteries ( one in engine other inside van with isolator for engine), tinted windows , new tires., USB charged water pump with sink, new flooring, Portable fridge/freezer cooler which runs on 12v or AC.. There is room to make more improvements as desired.
