Who’s ready for some tiny living?
I bought this bus back in 2022 already converted (I just made some cosmetic changes) and lived in it full time for a little over a year. I have decided to downsize to a van, so my skoolie is looking for a new owner! Would be perfect for another tiny home or Air BnB.

-Sleeps 2-4 (Queen size bed in back and couch can be folded out into another queen)

-45 gallon fresh water tank under bus
-Hot water heater (although I have never used it and believe it needs to be replaced)
-Outdoor shower
-Cubic Mini wood stove
-45Q Winter fridge
-kildwick composting toilet (I removed the bathroom when building queen bed so although the composting toilet is included, it needs to be installed)
-Backup camera
-Storage
-‘Garage’ that can be accessed through rear door
-Tires will need to be replaced before any serious road trips

I never drove the bus. It has been parked on a family member’s property where I have lived in it for over a year. I recently had the batteries replaced and start it every week to keep her going. She’s ready to stretch her legs and go on some adventures!
