Beautiful custom build by master carpenters. This camper van was designed with weight in mind. Keeping the weight lower with certain woods, outdoor shower and smart counter-top among other design choices allow you to use less gas as you travel. On average I consistently had 1/4 gallon more gas then the camper van I drove back home with which is built out with indoor shower and heavy woods.

Hand made cabinets with curved lines, great storage including hanging closet, kitchen with custom granite counter top, passenger chair swivels into the living space for added seating, large hand made oval table surrounded by custom made bench with deep seating – plenty of space to entertain, lay down and read or sit and work, Murphy queen sized bed, open concept with plenty of room, and windows keep the space bright and offer a great cross breeze with blackout magnetic insulated curtains. Water resistant floors, and an instahot water heater to make sure water is hot on demand. Extra extended warrantee included to cover any issues for year to come.

We started with a 2021 Promaster 3500 tall model as the base.

Exterior:
We added a roof rack and awning system, mud traction mats (removable when needed); 6 windows (4 that are operable), a sturdy brush guard on the front bumper, and (4) powerful LED lights for those super dark trails.

Underneath, a 12 gallon propane tank and custom propane fill inlet, moved the spare tire to a rack on the back door and added a 9 gallon greywater tank with electric drain system (controlled from the interior when it’s time to drain). Both tanks underneath are secured with a custom steel cages for stability.

Electrical:
The heart of the van is (4) Renogy 170 watt lithium-iron batteries (to handle all of the electric including the air conditioner), a 3,000 watt pure sine wave electrical inverter, a Renogy solar controller, 12-volt Dometic refrigerator/freezer, Maxx air ceiling vent fan with remote, and a Dometic 3500 12 volt air conditioning system (all tied to the solar system to stay off grid). There is a 2 burner countertop electric induction stove stored when not in use in a custom space located next to the closet.

There are (6) 110v outlets/USB ports on a separate breaker connected to the inverter, and all other electrical and lights are 12v on a separate breaker under the bench seat.

Plumbing:
A 35 gallon freshwater tank under the benches, a designer Interior sink and faucet (hot and cold water), and an aqua pur water filtration system under the sink to give you clean pure drinking water wherever you are.

Cabinets are all made of maple with some modern twists you won’t see in any other van, curved upper cabinets and angled “mid century modern” bench seats. There is a removable table when you are using the benches, and it lowers when you want to lower the Murphy bed for a deep slumber sleep.

Finally, we added an exterior hand shower and an interior (hidden toilet) that slides out (this is vented by a constant fan directed to the back of the van underneath).

The van is fully insulated with 2” rigid and wool, and the floor was built up 2” for rigid insulation to keep the floor warm.

Finally, a protective layer of shungite was applied to the entire interior (before work started); this acts as an EMF protection layer, and a crystal grid was built into the ceiling of the van
