I bought this DIY conversion van in June of 2023 from a dealership and have had the pleasure of traveling since then – feeling out all the bumps and making reparations along the way (so you dont have to!!)

I will include screenshots of the specs from the original listing so if there is information missing in my description, you can likely find it there (though please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have!!)
there are some bits that I unfortunately cant give a solid answer to as I bought a DIY build from a dealership so I had to learn about the van along the way. I am more than happy to meet and show the van as well as facetime and/or send photos of specifics if I am unable to answer a question.

starting with repairs –

my first fix was to the water pump system – there was a cracked part that was leaking each time I turned the water on and luckily I am pals with a plumber who removed the funky part and assured me it wasn’t integral to the system, so we did not replace it. my water system has worked wonderfully since then:)

we then removed the faucet (last two photos show the van on the day of purchase) and installed a 360° swivel so that it can be used outside the van as a shower.

the Maxx Air fan was leaking so I removed it, removed all the original sealant, and resealed/reinstalled it. I have been in heavy rain for a better part of the last 9 months and have had 0 issues with leaking 🙂

I ran into some issues with the ‘house’ system holding a charge and I found an amazing company in Portland, OR who went above and beyond to rewire the whole ‘house’ at an incredibly affordable rate and with no hesitation despite it being a DIY build. since then, I have had no issues with the electrical system and unless I am consistently parked out of the sun, I do not need to plug into shore power.

the fridge was having some issues due to lack of ventilation which I was able to fix, however, it has stopped working as of this week and I do not plan to replace it. that is reflected in the price and will be taken into consideration when receiving offers:)

the mileage is right around 91,000 though while I am posting this I do not recall if it is just under or just below. I will update this post with accurate mileage but if you see this before then and want to know exactly how many miles, reach out to me and I will go grab the numbers!!

okay, the van:

12 gal water tank
hot water heater
2 burner stove top (propane included)
dometic fridge (again, not working but is likely an easy fix)
sink and 360° swivel faucet

swivel captains chair (passenger side)
ample storage above the cab, under the sink, and under the stove side counter
4 lead batteries
inverter
3 100 watt solar panels on roof
Maxx Air fan (above bed)

the flooring is a light wood paneling that I covered with an easily removable peel and stick vinyl:)

I purchased Starlink and will include the whole kit with the sale of the van, as well as an $800 set of insulated window/panel covers for each door and the front windows.

this vehicle has not been SMOG tested as I registered it in OR. I am willing to have that done before the sale (it will pass no problem), however, I would prefer that is something you do after purchase.

lastly, I am selling due to life circumstances (in a good way!!) and am sad to see the van go. as a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe and secure in this vehicle no matter the terrain. I took several trips, drove from OR to ID to MT and back multiple times and recently (December) drove it from OR to CA where I am currently.
