We bought this van from a really sweet couple in North Carolina. We bought the van to live in and travel the country with to see our friends and family! In the last year and a half, it’s been from North Carolina to Wyoming to Maine to California and back to Wyoming, where we are now. We are only selling it because we finally moved into an apartment after many seasons of road life. We fully gutted and renovated the interior of the van, with my dad’s oversight (who is a general contractor). Non-smoking and no pets.
The van was stored in a barn for the beginning of its life as a class b conversion van, built by either Coachman or Horizon with a 305 small block and TH350 transmission. The transmission was rebuilt and engine was replaced with a BF Goodwrench 350. This van has been very well taken care of mechanically, not only by us, but also by the previous two owners: new carburetor, new brakes, new battery, new belts, recent transmission service, fluids, air shocks on the back, new AC compressor, new power steering pump, new coolant reservoir, new door seals, and more. Just ask about the mechanical history or van reno process; we’re happy to share its history with you!
